Description:
This perennial grows to 1.5 feet tall and produces small purple flowers in late
July to August.Forestry Considerations: This species needs full sun and has trouble with encroachment by woody species. Habitat destruction, overgrazing and herbicide use may damage or kill this species. Distribution by County: The Clover is found in Franklin, Jefferson, Lawrence and Morgan counties.
